Welcome to Morningview Cottages HOA
We are the Morningview Cottages Home Owners Association located in Apple Valley, MN. We are a community of 44 homes in a quiet neighborhood that is centrally located close to Cedar Avenue and Interstate 35W. The association was built in late 1980's and has a beautiful cottage feel and is located in a very friendly neighborhood.
