Updated Winter Parking Regulations - Effective Immediately

As we know, Winter is on its way and with it, snow! Please read the following and make sure you are familiar with the Updated Winter Parking Regulations. There is also a PDF of the following posted on the Documents page which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience.

Winter Parking Regulations – Effective Immediately

The Board of Directors has passed updated regulations on winter parking. Please read carefully to be sure your vehicle does not get buried with snow or towed during the winter season.

The areas at the end of your driving lane are used for turn-around assistance or guest parking; not for everyday parking by homeowners.

These areas must be clear of vehicles during any and all snow fall. The only location owners and guests may park during this time is in the driveway or in the garage. These areas are used to push and plow snow through and if a car is in the area this cannot be completed properly.

We are providing this notice in case you may want to clean out the garage or complete whatever it takes to get your parking options in order before the snow flies.

The snow removal contractor has 2 options if the above is not followed by owners/guests:

1. Tow the vehicle if they can get the tow truck on site quickly. There will be no notice of the tow to the vehicle owner. It is the homeowners’ responsibility to inform their guests of the parking rules.

2. If tow trucks are not available, they will place the snow behind the vehicle. The vehicle owner will then be responsible to clear all of the snow off the tar, vehicle and clean the area after the vehicle is moved.

Please prepare in advance for these strict parking rules. All homeowners in the areas suffer when the plow company cannot do their job.
