Homes for Sale - Signs & Disclosure Info.

If you are selling you home we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines regarding the For Sale sign.

Please note that there is only one sign allowed for advertisement of your home and must be the metal post-type of a sign. However, we do understand that if you have an open house that the officiating Realtor(TM) may have additional signs pointing to your home but as a rule, these signs will be removed after the open house.

Also, a very important side note! Please make sure your Realtor(TM) gets in touch with the Management Office to order your Disclosure Packet prior to listing the home.
