A Message About Pets

We all love our pets! We wanted to pass along a friendly reminder of our pet policy. We allow only two pets per household and only one dog (if applicable) can weigh more than 50 lbs. There is also a requirement that all pets be leashed at all times.

Also, please clean up after your pets! We ask that dog defecation be picked up immediately. We will offer one written warning for non-compliance then there is a $25 fine for further violation. Not picking up after your pet takes away from the appearance of the community and can cause health concerns for humans and animals.
